Our carbon steel wire production line is designed for the production of carbon steel, spring wire, steel wire for making nails, steel wires for construction, fence, black iron wire, and wire mesh, etc. It is distinguished for high automation, no pollution, easy operation, and convenient maintenance.
Techniques Employed
  a. Pretreatment: removing the oxide on steel wire surface with derusting devices
  b. Rough drawing: draw the steel wires into thin wires
  c. Annealing: weakening the steel wires' strength
  d. Fine drawing: draw the wires to the desired diameter or weight

Production Process
  a. Wire unwinding → pretreatment → straight-line rough wire drawing → wire winding machine
  b. Annealing
  c. Wire unwinding → fine drawing (straight-line or water-tank wire drawing machine) → wire winding machine
  d. Annealing
  e. Wire unwinding machine with FX wheel → water tank type wire drawing machine → tension rack → wire winding machine with SG wheel
Main Equipment
  a. Straight-Line Wire Drawing Machine
  The machine frame is welded from structural steel and steel plates
  Reel is made from ZG270-500 and coated with carbon tungsten powder. Surface hardness: >HRC60; finish: 1.6Ra; service life: > 2 years
  Cooling: narrow-slit type water cooling inside the reel; forced slot type annular air cooling outside the reel
  Mold box is a welded part and comes with 2 cavities separately for lubrication powder and cooling water (direct water-cooled). Mixing device is available in the lubrication cavity.
  Transmission is done by V-belt and gearbox
  Tension is adjusted by rollers pneumatically. The sensor adopts non-contact angular displacement. Mold is compensated automatically after it is worn.
  AC variable frequency control is employed for the electrical control system, which adopts inverter from Siemens or Inovance
  The system adopts PLC control from Siemens or Mitsubishi
  The touch screen is from Taiwan, and low-pressure electrical elements are from well-known brands in China
  Each machine is designed with the operations of start, stop, emergency stop, etc. Users can set the speed, wire diameter, and check the working speed and error through the touch screen. The console is set with the buttons of start, stop, emergency stop, accelerate, decelerate, and error indication

b.  Water tank Type Drawing Machine
  The frame is welded from structural steel, and water  tank is welded from stainless steel
  The flappable tank is made from steel plate; flip force: <200N
  Reel material: 45 steel; coated with carbon tungsten; surface hardness:  >HRC60; finish: 0.4Ra; service life: over 2 years
  During drawing the steel wires are kept straightened and won't get broken  easily; mold is stored in angle-adjustable rack
  Reel and mold cooling: self-circulated coolant
  Transmission: timing belt; with no oil leakage, and low noise
  Mold is stored in angle-adjustable rack for the convenience of adjusting  diameter and reel
  Given quenching treatment, hardness of all of the winding wheels is over HRC50
  Bearings of the main shaft are from NSK; motor is inverter type
